These Terms of Service apply when you visit adornyu.com or purchase from Adornyu. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We aim to present products, colors, measurements, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear. We may correct errors, update information, change prices, or withdraw products when necessary.
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock errors, shipping restrictions, or incorrect product or pricing information. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Adornyu accessories should be attached and worn with care. Test clips on an inconspicuous area before use, especially with silk, loose knits, delicate weaves, coated leather, or other sensitive materials. Product-specific care and use information forms part of these terms.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. Payments are processed by the payment methods made available at checkout.
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
The Adornyu name, site design, text, photography, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Adornyu and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
The site may rely on third-party services for payments, delivery, analytics, and other functions. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adornyu is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights available under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.
