Orders are prepared before shipment and you will receive a confirmation at the email address used at checkout. If an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
Adornyu currently ships within the United States. We are preparing additional destinations and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 8-15 days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by destination, carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. Available shipping options and any final estimate are shown at checkout.
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after shipment. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact support@adornyu.com promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered processing or shipped.
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your order has not arrived after the estimated window, contact support@adornyu.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
