Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@adornyu.com promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
Personalized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We may also decline returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
